Practitioner Materials

Bounds Law Library has many materials geared towards practitioners. Below you will find a handful of the collections we have to offer.

ABA Materials

The American Bar Association publishes materials that provide expert legal resources written by lawyers, for lawyers. Our collection here at Bounds Law Library contains some of these materials, covering topics such as cybersecurity, professional responsibility, sales & use tax, and more. To find these materials, simply do a keyword in our catalog search using "ABA" and the practice area.

CLE Materials

Bounds Law Library keeps published copies of materials that were sponsored by CLE Alabama and used in various CLE programs. Simply do a keyword search in our catalog using "Alabama CLE" to get started on searching for these materials.

Pattern Jury Instructions

Bounds Law Library keeps copies of various pattern jury instructions in the collection, such as "Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions," "Pattern Jury Instructions (Civil Cases)," and "Eleventh Circuit Patter Jury Instructions (Criminal Cases)," among others.

Practice Forms

Bounds Law Library provides access to various practice forms that are open to practitioners for use, such as "Alabama Criminal Trial Practice Forms," "Alabama Civil Practice Forms," and "The Complete Guide to Divorce Practice: Forms and Procedures for the Lawyer."
