The Alabama Administrative Office of the Courts is the central support entity for the judicial branch, providing a wide range of administrative, legal, financial, management, program, and information technology services to the courts. It handles the non-law aspects of the federal court system.
Users can use this site to find information about Municipal and Specialty Courts. If users select the "Municipal Courts" tab, they will be redirected to a page with blank Municipal Forms that they can fill out and use. Additionally, if you look to the left side of the screen, you can find links to other types of blank forms that you can look through, such as Interpreter Forms, Criminal Forms, and Appellate Forms, etc.
If users select "Specialty Courts," they will be redirected to a page where they can use an interactive map to find where the Court Referral Officer is in their county, as well as links to maps showing the closest Adult Drug Court, Juvenile and Family Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Veterans Court.
There is also a map to help users find the closest Educational Program (as well information on the Educational Programs that are offered, such as what they cover and how much the program costs).
Users can also find additional information for becoming an interpreter, Human Resources, and Guardianship/Conservatorships on the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts website.
If users select the "Child Support" tab on the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts site, they will be able to find a plethora of information about various forms, schedules, and entities that have authority over child support payments. Users can use the site to find a variety of blank forms relating to child support that they can download for individual use. Additionally, users can find links to information on child support guidelines, such as when the guidelines were last reviewed and a schedule that breaks down what one can expect to pay based on income and number of children.
Users can access a map of the Alabama Judicial Circuits through the Alabama Judicial System by hovering over the "Home" tab, then look for "Trial Courts Judicial Circuits." This will link you to a map that will help users locate their county and the county's court website.
Alabama Rules of Court is a page within the Alabama Judicial System that users can access to find links to the various Rules of Court. Some of the Rules include:

This will take users to a page that contains a list of Rule amendments promulgated by the Supreme Court of Alabama in chronological order.
