Alabama Judicial System

The Alabama Judicial System has a page that you can use to find all of the current Alabama Rules of Court. You can also find a page that includes Rules amendments as organized by Rule and then by when they were released. 

Bloomberg

You can access Alabama state court rules on Bloomberg by opening the menu and going to Bloomberg's Litigation Intelligence Center.

Next, you scroll down to the State Resources section and using the interactive map to select Alabama. You should then see a section within the Alabama resources labeled State Rules & Statutes at the top of the page.

Within the Alabama state materials, there is a section titled Statutes & Legislation, where you can find a link to Alabama State & Federal Court Rules.

Westlaw

On Westlaw, within the Alabama state materials, there is a section for Statutes & Court Rules, where you can find Alabama Statutes & Court Rules.
