If you are looking at cases decided after May 19, 2023, the link will take users to the Alabama Appellate Courts Public Portal, where they will be able to look at a list of cases that are grouped together based on the date they were decided. Users can then select the docket number that corresponds to the date they are searching for to find the case.

Before May 19, 2023

If users are looking for cases that were decided before May 19, 2023, the link to those specific cases will redirect them to a page where cases are, again, organized by the date the case was decided. After selecting a date, users will be able to find what cases were decided each day, as well as a variety of information pertaining to the case, such as who wrote the decision, the docket numbers, an electronic version of the decision, and more.
