The Alabama Bar Exam currently consists of the three components of the Universal Bar Exam (UBE) with no additional Alabama specific testing component.
The exam is a 2-day exam. The first day consists of two 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) questions in the morning and six 30-minute Multistate Essay Exam (MEE) questions in the afternoon. The second day is made up of the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), which is 200 multiple choice questions, with 100 questions in the morning and 100 in the afternoon.
