Alabama Administrative Code - Westlaw
Copies of historical editions of the Alabama Administrative Code are much more difficult to locate. You can find archived copies of the Alabama Administrative Code from 2002-2023 on Westlaw.

Another online resource is the Legislative Services Agency's Alabama Administrative Code Publication Archive, where you can find the Code from 2007-2025.

There are several places you can check to find copies of older editions of the Alabama Administrative Code in print, however, there is no guarantee you'll be able to find every edition.
The Alabama State Archives has a collection titled Alabama Legislative Services Agency state publications, 1945-2021. Some of the publications included in this collection are the Alabama Administrative Code and supplements, the periodical Alabama Administrative Monthly, digests, summaries, indexes, and manuals. You will have to contact the Archives to access these materials. Note that you may not be able to get a scanned copy of everything and may have to set up an appointment to look at the materials in person.
The Alabama Supreme Court and State Law Library has copies of the Alabama Administrative Code in their collection, dating back to 1999, as well as copies of the Alabama Administrative Monthly from 1982.
While Bounds Law Library has a copy of the Alabama Administrative Code, it might not be the best resource. We updated it regularly up until 2021, which was the last time we received a physical update, and didn't keep the materials that were removed with each update.
